The 2016 Mr. Baseball & Ms. Softball awards banquet is open to the entire baseball/softball community as well as the general public. A Minnesota Twins keynote speaker will be in attendance at the banquet.

Minnesota Minute Men proudly announce the Play Ball! Minnesota Mr. Baseball & Ms. Softball awards banquet
Minneapolis - The Minnesota Minute Men, in cooperation with Play Ball! Minnesota and the Minnesota Twins, cordially invite you to the 2016 Play Ball! Mr. Baseball & Ms. Softball Awards banquet. The senior athletes have been nominated by college baseball and softball coaches statewide along with professional scouts as leaders in the Minnesota baseball and softball high school leagues. A banquet will take place on June 26th, 2015 12:00 P.M. at beautiful Target Field at the Rod Carew Atrium to honor their achievements and select an award winner for each sport.
“Awards like these are important to every facet of youth sports. They encourage kids to work hard and follow their passions to the fullest degree. Together, we recognize them annually along with the coaching leaders in our state.” says Matt Williams, Executive Director of the Minnesota Minute Men.
Sponsor and advertising proceeds will go toward the Minnesota Minute Men Foundation, providing to underprivileged youth athletes in Minnesota.
The banquet will take place from 12 – 2 p.m. June 26th, 2016 at Target Field.

Minnesota Minute Men Announces 14 Finalists for Fourth Annual Mr. Baseball, Ms. Softball Awards
Minneapolis - The Minnesota Minute Men, in cooperation with the Minnesota Twins, are proud to announce the finalists for the 2013 Play Ball! Mr. Baseball and Ms. Softball Awards.
These senior athletes have been selected by a panel of Major League Baseball Scouts and College Baseball and Softball coaches from around the state for their leadership in the Minnesota baseball and softball high school leagues. A banquet will take place on June 16 and select a winner for each sport. “Awards like these are important to every facet of youth sports as they encourage kids to work hard and follow their passions to the fullest degree,” says Matt Williams, Executive Director of the Minnesota Minute Men. “Together, we recognize them annually along with the coaching leaders in our state.” Sponsor and advertising proceeds will go toward the Minnesota Twins Community Fund and the Minnesota Minute Men Foundation, both providing resources to underprivileged youth athletes in Minnesota.

In years past the the award for Ms. Softball has been sponsored by a variety of donations that helped with costs associated with the banquet and to raise money for under privileged youth athletes. This year we extend our gratitude to the Minnesota Twins as they have taken on a full sponsorship and partnership with the Minute Men. The new award will be titled Play Ball Ms. Softball, as an honor to their sponsorship. Thank you Minnesota Twins and the Play Ball association for all your continued support!
